研究领域:

郑启凡博士主要开展肿瘤及免疫细胞分化的表观遗传学研究,聚焦肿瘤发生发展的组蛋白修饰以及肿瘤免疫中的表观遗传学修饰分子机制。近几年的研究证实了表观调控因子menin通过印迹非依赖途径促进肝细胞肝癌IGF2基因的表达,进而导致肝细胞肝癌恶性进展的表观遗传学分子机制;阐明了TrxGPcG家族成员在单核细胞向巨噬细胞的分化及功能活化中的重要生物学功能及其表观遗传学机制等。部分研究成果发表在BBA-Gene Regulatory Mechanisms, FEBS JSCI杂志。
