李善花 副教授/硕导

研究领域

从事人体解剖与组织胚胎学的教学工作,主要研究方向为低氧应激的表观遗传学,主持并参与多项国家级、省级自然科学基金的研究。对低氧诱导因子转录的调控及小分子药物活性筛选进行了较深入的研究,HIF信号通路是细胞内缺氧应激最重要的信号通路之一,它在许多生物学反应包括细胞周期调控、细胞增殖、发育、分化、衰老、凋亡、代谢、免疫反应及肿瘤发生中起重要作用。熟练掌握多种原代细胞分离培养技术以及形态学、分子生物学和生物化学等多学科的研究手段,在PNASSCI收录刊物上发表多篇研究论文。
